Marzhan Bekbolat received her Bachelor’s degree (2020) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nazarbayev University, Kazakhstan. She was a research assistant at Nazarbayev University between 2018-2019 and worked with reconfigurable hardware systems in the direction of hardware acceleration.  She is currently pursuing an MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and she is interested in the area of machine learning with a focus on the deep learning application on genomics data.
